I am thankful for my wife, who is my partner in marriage, life, business and success. She is the one who stuck with me and provided encouragement to undertake real estate and business, especially when many others told me to get a job, work thirty years and retire with a check once a month and a gold watch or blender or whatever they give you when you gracefully bow out of the workforce.
I am thankful to a very good friend of mine, who twenty years ago, gave me a manual on the note business, didn’t charge me for it and helped me get inside closed doors and learn how to create my own paycheck.
