I am often asked how to do this, that or the other when it comes to real estate investing or whatever. I would take the time to break down the information and share it with whoever would ask me (I don’t mind doing that) but it would take away from my daily tasks or projects I was currently working on.

One day it dawned on me that one simple, easy to use FREE resource was available for everyone and I used it often myself. GOOGLE!! If you need to know how to do something, need feedback about a particular person, product, place…etc simply “Google” what you need to know.
This may seem small but believe me it’s a big thing.

The next time you need to know something and can’t talk to anyone simply Google it. If you find yourself (like me) answering everyone’s questions or showing them how to do this or that, simply say “why not Google how to do that, the internet has tons of information available at your fingertips”. Just type www.google.com and fill in the blank with whatever your need, example “How to Fix a garage disposal” most of the time a video is available to show you step by step how to do it.

It’s not being rude, it’s being resourceful and you are gaining your time back.
