Working With A Virtual Assistant

For the past few months I have been researching and reading different information about virtual assistant companies and how I can use them in my business. I finally hired a virtual assistant and already see positive results. Since I am a growing small business and wanted more of my time back, I decided to write down tasks that I needed to do and tasks that I can out source.

My virtual assistant is currently posting ads online for my websites, making outbound calls for 20 hours a week for only $150 bucks a month. Now I can focus more on building relationships with partners, networking more and other things.

Understanding the phrase “work smarter not harder” is very true and important for your business to grow. Its important to know as a business owner when to outsource tasks. If your not quite sure what to outsource review the list of tasks below for guidance.
